That frosting on top? It’s our own recipe made just like the actual filling from a Custard Cream — not just custard-flavoured icing. These blondies are gooey and soft in the middle, slathered in that dreamy frosting and topped with a whole Custard Cream biscuit. Honestly, might be the best thing I’ve ever baked.
